Help Me Win a Day Off Work!

That's right, Visual Data Systems wants me to enjoy a day off of work if I can get you to "Like" Ituha Group on Facebook.  So what's the catch besides Like-ing that page?  None really, we're just trying to raise awareness for a new initiative called Strong New Day.

In brief, Strong New Day is a day where we are trying to raise awareness for the utilization of strengths in the work-place, and focussing on strengths rather than getting caught up in the death-spiral of weaknesses.  Many groups have done studies on strengths, Gallup and the Markus Buckingham Company being the leaders in this arena.  Building off of those studies, Ituha Group and The Strengths Group are teaming up to promote strengths and how beneficial they are in many areas.  

So stop reading and please "Like" their facebook page...after all, I'm going to need my rest!  :)
